VIBE MIX LAB is an auto DJ mixing suite that allows users to upload audio tracks and create seamless mixes. The service is provided as-is and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
3. User Content
You retain all rights to the audio files you upload. By uploading content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and process the audio files. I do not claim ownership of your content.
4. Processing and Storage
Audio files are processed temporarily in your browser for mixing purposes. I do not permanently store your uploaded audio files on my servers. Mixed output files are generated client-side and are your responsibility to download and manage.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use this service for any illegal purposes or in violation of any copyright laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to use and process any audio files you upload.
6. Service Availability
I strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
7. Limitation of Liability
VIBE MIX LAB is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. I am not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, processing errors, or service interruptions.
8. Changes to Terms
I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
